1. Acceptance

Bari Plux Tool (“the Software”) is a Windows desktop utility published by Bari Plux for personal use with supported Android emulators (including GameLoop and MuMu) and related system tuning. Accessing downloads, installers, or in-app features constitutes acceptance of this document and the site’s Legal Information.

2. License

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Software or its update channels without written permission.
• Pro features require a valid paid entitlement tied to the same email used to sign in. Sharing Pro access is prohibited.

3. Accounts & Pro

Sign-in uses Bari Plux authentication. Checkout email for Pro ($2 / 60 days via Stripe) must match the email used inside the Software. Renewals extend access; refunds follow the payment provider’s rules and Bari Plux support policy. Bari Plux may revoke access for abuse, chargebacks, or security risk.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Software only on systems and game accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Do not use the Software to cheat, harass, distribute malware, bypass third-party security, or violate PUBG Mobile, GameLoop, MuMu, Microsoft, or other third-party terms.
• Graphics, FPS, keymapping, ADB, DNS, and registry helpers can change system or game files. Create backups before applying changes. You are responsible for restoring your system if needed.

5. Third-party software & trademarks

PUBG Mobile, GameLoop, MuMu, Windows, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Bari Plux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tencent, Krafton, Tencent Games, NetEase, or Microsoft unless explicitly stated. Emulator and game policies change; features may stop working after updates.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Bari Plux does not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every PC configuration, or that optimizations will achieve any specific FPS or ranking outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bari Plux and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, game progress, accounts, revenue, or device failure arising from use of the Software—even if advised of the possibility. Total liability for any claim related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bari Plux for Pro in the 60 days before the claim, or USD $2 if you paid nothing.

8. Updates & security

Download only from official Bari Plux channels (for example download.bariplux.com and bariplux.com/tool). Third-party mirrors are unsupported and may be unsafe. The Software may check for updates and require sign-in for cloud features. Keep Windows and antivirus current; treat ADB and installer privileges carefully.

9. Privacy

Account, diagnostic, and crash data may be processed to operate auth, Pro, bug reports, and updates as described in the site Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords or unrelated personal data in bug reports.

10. Changes

Bari Plux may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted on this page constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the Software and stop using Pro features.
